The CONNEKT project is taking part in the International Insanyyat Forum that takes place in Tunis between September 20-25 2022 gathering 1500 participants from 35 countries.

Tasnim Chirchi, Jasmine Foundation’s director and coordinator of the CONNEKT Working Package 5, will be participating in the session “Analyzing, preventing and countering violent extremism (P/CVE) in the MENA region“, moderated by Marie Kortam, Scientific Coordinator PVE at the Fondation Maison des sciences de l’homme (FMSH) and associate researcher at the Institut Français du Proche-Orient (Ifpo).

Amina Er-rifaiy, from the Moroccan CONNEKT partner Université Moulay Ismail Meknès, will be speaking about L’approche étatique en matière de lutte contre le radicalisme violent au Maroc in a debate about violent extremism in the Moroccan context.
